EMPOWERING
BREAKTHROUGHS
FROM LAB TO PRODUCTION
Prof. M. F. Crommie
We really appreciate the integrity of Sentys when we are negotiating to purchase new equipment, and their willingness to find creative solutions that fit within our budget.
Prof. M. F. Crommie UC Berkeley
Prof. Tyler Cocker
The stability of my low-temperature STM from CreaTec, and especially its collaboratively designed scan head, has been essential in our terahertz scanning tunneling microscopy work.
Prof. Tyler Cocker Michigan State University
Prof. Shaowei Li
Sentys and CreaTec STM instrumentation enabled the first demonstration of single-molecule infrared spectroscopy using scanning tunneling microscopy.
Prof. Shaowei Li UC San Diego
Prof. Victor Brar
The CreaTec/Sentys SPM has been an excellent, versatile tool in my lab, enabling everything from scanning tunneling potentiometry to tunneling photoluminescence. In 10 years it has been remarkably stable, once running 4+ years without venting.
Prof. Victor Brar UW-Madison
Jairo Velasco Jr.
Although I purchased my CreaTec LT-STM eight years ago I feel Sentys' support has never waned. Sentys has consistently provided advice on instrument repairs, upgrades, and materials for proposals.
Jairo Velasco Jr. UC Santa Cruz
Patrick Irvin
Sentys engineered a custom 12-contact sample holder for us and were very easy to work with.
Patrick Irvin University of Pittsburgh
Prof. Michael S. Fuhrer
Sentys delivered the unique and reliable CreaTec MBE / LT-SPM, which delivered results on novel topological insulators that became a centrepiece of our Centre of Excellence.
Prof. Michael S. Fuhrer Monash University
Prof. Zafer Mutlu
Our CreaTec MiniMBE has played a pivotal role in efficiently synthesizing graphene nanoribbons, quasi-1D quantum systems and semiconductors, driving our research in high-performance, energy-efficient logic technologies.
Prof. Zafer Mutlu University of Arizona
Prof. Shuolong Yang
The custom-designed laser-heating manipulator has enabled my research in selective-area deposition of superconducting films.
Prof. Shuolong Yang The University of Chicago
Sol Omolayo, Vacuum Systems Leader, ALS-U Project
The ALS-U project is happy to have collaborated with Sentys to specify, design and build six 24-channel bakeout controllers for the ALS-U Accumulator and Storage Ring. The racks have successfully performed bakeout and ~200°C NEG activation of the upgrade's vacuum chambers, and remain in service.
Sol Omolayo, Vacuum Systems Leader, ALS-U Project Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory

With 16 years of experience partnering with Europe’s leading scientific instrument manufacturers and 4 exclusive manufacturing partners, Sentys has delivered 250+ instruments to research institutions across the Americas.
